3rd Charter Party: The Kawartha Lakes Toastmasters celebrated their 3rd anniversary with a well attended and thoroughly enjoyable Charter party, at the Lindsay Inn, on July 15th, 2009.
Those in attendance enjoyed a wonderful meal and an evening M.C'd by out-going President, Larry Callaghan. Area Governor: Grant Bjornson inducted our new executive, with our new President, Dr. Kerstin Kelly leading the way.
The evening was topped off with a very enjoyable IMPROV WORKSHOP, put on by Stephanie Herrera, of Durham Improv. It was a fun evening and she certainly brought us out of our shells.
